Apartment Pelmo

Apartment Pelmo is situated on the lower floor of the house. This apartment has it’s own independent entrance and has direct access to the garden. It offers spleeping possibility for 4 to 6 people.

You enter the apartment through it’s wide corridor, which will give you access to the living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

The kitchen is situated in the living area and allows you to prepare and eat together with your family. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen (frigo, freezer, induction stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher, sink, plates, pots,..) you will have dinner ready in no time!
The TV (smart TV) and sofa are part of the living area. This sofa, at night, becomes a bed for 2 people.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and is beautifully decorated with old cabinets, it offers a view on the garden and the surrounding valley.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a large closet.
In the bathroom you will find a double sink, rainshower, toilet and bidet.

Prices include: use of water, electricity, gas, heating (winter), wi-fi, sheets and towels.

Apartment Marmolada

Apartment Marmolada is located on the ground floor of the house and offers the possibility to sleep with 6 to 8 people.

You enter the apartment through the original door of the house and enter the large corridor, which gives access to the living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

The kitchen is located in the living room and allows you to prepare and eat with your family. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven / microwave, dishwasher, sink, plates, pots, …) you can cook in no time!
The TV (smart TV) and sofa are part of the living room. This sofa becomes a bed for 2 people at night.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, each with the option to add an extra bed. The bedrooms have a warm and authentic look thanks to the antique furniture, wooden ceilings and stone walls. Each room has a wardrobe.
In the bathroom you will find a double sink, walk-in rain shower, toilet and bidet.

Duplex apartment Sella

Duplex Sella is located on the first and second floor of the house and offers the possibility to sleep with 5 to 7 people.

You enter the apartment through a hallway that gives you direct access to the living room with kitchen and the bathroom.

The kitchen is located in the living room and allows you to prepare and eat with your family. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven / microwave, dishwasher, sink, plates, pots, …) you can cook in no time!
The TV (smart TV) and sofa are part of the living room. This sofa becomes a bed for 2 people at night.

In the living room, you take the stairs up to arrive to the 2 spacious bedrooms. These are situated beneath the roof and are a real masterwork. The wooden structure of the old roof is still intact and you’ll feel like you’re sleeping in a real mountain chalet.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and offers a wide view on the valley. The second bedroom is composed of three single beds and the necessary wardrobes.
