Duplex Civetta is located on the first and second floors of the house and offers the possibility of sleeping from 5 to 7 people.
The apartment is accessed through a corridor which gives direct access to the living room with kitchen and the bathroom.
The kitchen is located in the living room and allows you to prepare and eat with your family. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven / microwave, dishwasher, sink, dishes, pots, …) you can cook in no time!
The TV (smart TV) and the sofa are part of the living room. This sofa becomes a bed for 2 people overnight.
From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the garden and the valley.
In the living room, you go upstairs to the 2 large bedrooms. These are located under the roof and are a true masterpiece. The wooden structure of the old roof is still intact and you will feel like sleeping in a real mountain chalet.
The master bedroom has a double bed and offers a wide view of the valley. The second bedroom consists of a double bed and a bed of 1,4m wide with it’s necessary wardrobes.
In the bathroom you will find a double sink, a walk-in rain shower, toilet and bidet.
