Our Bed & Breakfast is located in Caracoi Cimai, a small mountain village with 12 inhabitants.
Situated at an altitude of 1364m, you can enjoy the pleasant spring sun, a cool breeze in the hot summer, the beautiful sunset on the Civetta, and without a doubt the most beautiful view on the surrounding mountain peaks. Deer, foxes, wild sheep and rabbits pass here in the garden every day.
The B&B is located in a renovated historic house, this renovation has been carried out with the greatest attention to detail and quality. The original doors, beams, tavern … were kept intact and provide a beautiful, warm and authentic look.
The rooms are very spacious, tastefully decorated and have a private bathroom. In the morning, breakfast is served in the tavern. Warm sandwiches, local cheeses and meats, home-made jams and homemade pastries are firmly on the menu. The breakfast room is also at the guests’ disposal for cooking and relaxing by the fireplace in the evening.
The (fenced) garden has all the necessary facilities to sunbathe all day: tables, chairs, lounger and a BBQ!
Caracoi Cimai may be a remote mountain village, but you can reach the local shops and restaurants in no time (3km, 10min car). Note: the road to get here can be a challenge in winter! Hiking and excursions leave directly from the B&B are suitable for all levels. Other important sites in the Dolomites are reachable in 20-60 minutes by car.
